A full apartment renovation is a thorough upgrade of both the interior finishes and the building systems. The result is a modern home that's more comfortable to live in and worth more when you sell.
In an older apartment a fresh coat of paint is often not enough – the wiring, pipes and windows may be decades old. A full renovation fixes everything at once, so you can live in peace for years to come.
We coordinate the whole job ourselves: demolition, electrics, plumbing, finishing, kitchen and bathroom. You have one contact person and one contract.

How long does an apartment renovation take?
It depends on the size of the apartment and the scope of work. We'll put an exact schedule in the quote after the free site visit.
Can the renovation be done in stages?
Yes. If you don't want to do the whole apartment at once, you can start with, say, the bathroom and kitchen and do the rest later. We'll discuss it during the site visit.
Do you help with choosing materials?
Yes. During the site visit we advise on solutions and materials, and the quote lists the materials.
Can I pay for an apartment renovation in instalments?
