Demolition with waste removal
Every major renovation starts with demolition. We do it quickly and cleanly and remove the construction waste ourselves, so you don't have to arrange a skip.
When demolishing, it is important not to damage what stays. Before starting we agree on what is removed and what remains, and we protect doors, windows and floors that are not being replaced.
We do not remove load-bearing walls without a design and the necessary permits. If you want to remove a partition, we'll check during the site visit whether it is load-bearing and tell you what is required.

Do you take the waste away?
Yes. Construction waste removal and disposal are part of the demolition work.
Do you remove load-bearing walls?
A load-bearing wall must not be removed without a design and permits. We'll help you understand what's needed, but we don't do this work without them.
Can I order demolition only?
Yes, but we usually do demolition as part of a larger renovation, so you don't need to find the next team separately.
