Bathroom renovation · Tallinn
Õismäe tee bathroom
A complete renewal including electrics and underfloor heating.
A practical bathroom for an apartment
The bathroom and toilet in this Õismäe apartment needed a refresh, as the rooms had seen better days. The client wanted a modern and practical solution.
What we did
We removed all the old finishes, straightened the walls, applied new waterproofing and tiled the surfaces. The walls got light wood-look tiles and the floor patterned tiles that give the room character.
The shower has no tray or threshold and a long linear drain, so it is easy to step into. We fitted grab bars on the wall to make washing safer, and a thermostatic rain shower.
Building services
We modernised the building services: new wiring, underfloor heating, energy-saving recessed spotlights and an efficient, quiet extractor fan. There is a heated towel rail on the wall and a dedicated space for the washing machine.
