Apartment renovation and refresh
If your apartment needs a new look but the pipes and wiring are fine, a refresh is often enough. It is quicker and cheaper than a full renovation, and the home feels new again.
A refresh also works well if you plan to sell or rent out the apartment. Light walls, new floors and neat finishing raise its value and make it more attractive to buyers or tenants.
If the site visit shows that new pipes or wiring are needed, we will tell you straight away. Then a full apartment renovation makes more sense, so new surfaces don't have to be broken open later.

What is the difference between a refresh and a full renovation?
A refresh renews the visible surfaces. A full renovation also replaces the pipes, wiring and often the kitchen and bathroom.
Can the work be done room by room?
Yes. We can renovate in stages so you can keep living in the apartment.
Can I pay for the renovation with financing?
