Which areas do you work in?
We work in Tallinn, Harju County and elsewhere in Northern Estonia.
What kind of work do you do?
Our main services are bathroom renovation, apartment renovation and house renovation. We also build and renovate saunas, do refresh renovations and exterior work, and install furniture.
Are the site visit and consultation free?
Yes. After your request we agree on a time, visit the property, map out the work and advise on solutions and materials. It's free of charge.
How does renovation financing work?
Mention in your request that you'd like instalments and for how many months – we'll explain the terms during the site visit. The renovation and the instalment plan are arranged together, so there's no need to visit a bank.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
It depends on the size of the bathroom and the scope of work. For example, we completed the Randvere bathroom from start to finish in two weeks. You'll get an exact schedule together with the quote.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes, our work comes with a 2-year warranty.
