Services
The facade protects the house from the weather and is the first thing visitors see. A well-kept facade keeps the house warm and dry and adds to its value.
Before painting we prepare the surface properly: we wash the facade, remove loose paint and render, and repair cracks and damage. That's the only way new paint lasts for years without peeling.
Plinth insulation reduces heat loss and protects the foundation from cold and moisture. For example, we insulated the plinth of the Tammenurme house and built a new stone terrace at the same time.
We also do smaller outdoor jobs such as painting fences, gates, soffits and terrace railings. It makes sense to do them together with the facade.

Facades are painted in dry weather when it's not too cold, usually from late spring to early autumn. You can ask for a quote earlier to start at the beginning of the season.
It depends on the paint and how much sun and rain the facade gets. We'll tell you during the site visit whether the current coat needs renewing.
Yes. Fence and gate painting can be done separately or together with the facade.
