Electrical work in apartments and houses
In older apartments the wiring is often decades old and not designed for the load of modern appliances. We upgrade the electrics so your home is safe and convenient.
Electrical work is best done at the start of a renovation, before walls are filled and painted. Then the cables can be hidden in the walls and sockets placed exactly where you need them.
Wiring
We replace old wiring, chase the walls for new cables, fit boxes and upgrade the distribution board.
Sockets, switches and lights
We add and replace sockets and switches, and install ceiling lights, recessed spotlights, track lights and under-cabinet kitchen lighting.
Appliances
We connect hobs, ovens, extractor hoods and other appliances, running a dedicated supply cable where needed.

Does old wiring need replacing?
If the wiring is very old or aluminium, we recommend replacing it during the renovation. We'll assess it during the site visit.
Can sockets be added without breaking the walls?
Surface mounting is sometimes possible, but the neatest result is cables inside the wall. That is why it's sensible to do electrical work together with a renovation.
Do you connect hobs and ovens?
Yes, we connect appliances and run a dedicated cable where needed.
